Founder's Associate – Strategy & Operations

About the Company

Enpal aims to put a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. We make this possible with an integrated total solution for decentralized energy, powered by our AI-supported platform Enpal.One+.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and closing processes along the sales funnel
• Create, track, and interpret relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies, including using AI, and support the implementation of improvement measures
• Collaborate on the development and evaluation of measures to reactivate lost leads
• Support daily sales operations and work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product to implement data-driven optimizations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience or internships in an analytical, data-driven environment
• Strong academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar
• AI affinity with experience in developing initial products or interest in AI product innovation
• High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing topics and sales organizations
