Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, Peec AI helps teams measure their visibility across AI search and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence.

Responsibilities

• Work across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success to support company scaling
• Help build the sales playbook and identify new revenue opportunities
• Create content and drive launches for new product and growth initiatives
• Design internal processes and manage daily operations
• Assist with team growth, including recruiting and talent attraction
• Solve undefined problems and execute high-impact tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results from a top university plus 2+ internships at a top-tier startup, VC, investment bank, or consulting firm
• OR 1+ years of experience at a top-tier startup, VC, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong grasp of technology and hands-on experience with AI and SaaS tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, unstructured settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n
• Strong analytical skills and numerical fluency
• Creativity and design eye for high-quality content and decks
