Founders Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the founding team across Sales, Growth, Finance, Customer Success, and Product
• Contribute to creating the sales playbook and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Help launch new product and growth initiatives and create engaging content
• Design and improve internal processes to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support recruiting and team growth, including hiring coordination and talent attraction
• Tackle new challenges and execute high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding academic performance
• 1-2 previous internships or work experience in a startup, VC, investment bank, or consulting
• Obsession with startups and ability to thrive in unstructured environments
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
• Solid grasp of technology and excitement for AI and SaaS tools
• Low-ego team player ready to handle operational tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, or n8n
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Creativity and an eye for world-class design in content and decks
