Responsibilities

• Build and manage internal systems like the website and tooling
• Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new team members
• Support go-to-market initiatives to bring agents to customers
• Identify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities
• Tackle diverse challenges to move the company forward

Requirements

• Experience in generalist roles, ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments
• Technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
• Ability to switch between big-picture thinking and detailed execution
