About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3M in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase to define the future of energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational and technical implementation of ongoing customer energy projects from contract signature to realization
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project workflows
• Independently manage sub-projects and ensure structured documentation and tracking
• Analyze existing processes to identify complexity and optimization potential
• Assist in structuring decision-making processes and setting up operational automations
• Help build scalable technological structures, standards, and templates for operational projects
• Develop internal processes and tools (e.g., in Airtable) to increase efficiency and scalability
• Execute cross-departmental special projects in organization, tooling, and internal structures

Requirements

• Current Bachelor or Master student in Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently in a gap year
• Previous internship experience in Consulting (Tier 1/Tier 2), High-Growth Startups (Operations/Process Optimization), or Project Management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
• Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
• Fluency in German and English
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools like Claude or Airtable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
