About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3 million in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to build a strong, scalable talent funnel and performance review system
• Identify, approach, and attract high-potential candidates through various channels
• Develop creative and data-driven sourcing strategies to build reliable talent pipelines
• Ensure a professional and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit
• Analyze recruiting processes to identify friction points and implement data-driven improvements
• Build structures for performance management, reporting, and talent tracking

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Previous practical experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Active Sourcing, HR, or Venture Development is ideal
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent decisions and set priorities
• Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluent in German (minimum C2) and English
