About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3M in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic expansion and systematic acquisition of large residential clients
• Build a scalable outbound infrastructure, including data-driven outreach strategies, CRM structures, and lead generation processes
• Analyze performance KPIs and optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the founder team on growth initiatives and decision-making
• Manage special projects with direct impact on growth, such as hiring, financing, and internal organizational structures
• Support the expansion and optimization of the sales tech stack

Requirements

• Practical experience in Business Development, Consulting (Tier 1/2), Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize high-impact tasks
• Strong interest in B2B sales, real estate, energy, or the startup ecosystem
• High level of ownership and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluency in German and English
