About the Company

Manex AI is on a mission to enable autonomy for the world’s leading organizations and is currently building autonomous factories. Backed by Lightspeed and BlueYard, we are scaling operations to build a truly outstanding organization.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder-Team on strategic and operational projects across departments
• Support hiring processes and help build the organization through key hires
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve internal processes
• Drive initiatives across operations, marketing, GTM, and investor topics
• Help design and implement structures required to scale the company

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master) in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or similar
• Strong motivation to learn how companies are built and scaled
• Highly driven, analytical, and proactive
• Comfortable operating with ownership and autonomy
• Available to work full-time in Munich
