About the Company

Limetax is building the operating system for the €20B German tax advisory industry. We acquire established tax firms and transform them into high-performing, technology-enabled businesses through proprietary software and streamlined operations.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio operations and the integration of newly acquired firms
• Identify manual workflows and build processes or automations to fix them
• Help build and maintain reporting infrastructure and controlling systems
• Support investor relations, including preparation of updates and board materials

Requirements

• Student in final stages of degree or recent graduate
• Exposure to consulting, startups, or fast-paced operational environments
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
• High bias to action and ability to work independently
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
