About the Company

Finto is on a mission to reinvent how enterprises run their finance operations. Backed by Y Combinator, we’re building AI-powered automation for accounts payable to eliminate manual invoice handling and ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with the CEO on daily business including sales processes and deal support
• Drive GTM initiatives by preparing sales conversations and sharpening marketing messaging
• Own recruiting operations to identify and coordinate top talent
• Build and improve internal processes and structures to support company scaling
• Context-switch across various business functions in a high-speed environment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Exceptionally smart and structured thinker
• High agency and ability to execute independently
• Clear communicator comfortable working with founders
• Ability to thrive in an unclear, fast-paced, and messy environment
