About the Company

Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, aiming to put a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every home, and an e-car in every garage. We provide integrated decentralized energy solutions, from solar panels and battery storage to smart meters and heat pumps, powered by our AI-driven platform Enpal.One+.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between Financial Operations and Partner Success (Commercial) teams
• Design and shape the collaboration between the two teams
• Drive process scaling through the use of automation and AI agents
• Support credit underwriting, specifically reviewing land registry documents and compiling relevant files
• Create, review, and adapt contract documents and coordinate their dispatch
• Assist in answering inquiries from end customers and partners
• Prepare documents for the Underwriting Committee and perform basic financial analyses
• Collect and verify Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation for completeness and accuracy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a top-tier university
• Initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company (e.g., startup) or management consulting
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of proactivity, responsibility, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High quality standards and a "can-do" mentality
