- Contribute to Go-To-Market, Product, and Organizational Development
- Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and set up scalable systems
- Lead high-impact projects from start to finish to ensure measurable results
Requirements
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Structured, hands-on approach to complex problem-solving
- Proven track record of excellence (founding experience, high-growth startup internships, consulting, VC/PE, or investment banking)
- Fluent in German and English
- Empathy for blue-collar worker verticals
