Founder's Associate Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website to improve SEO/GEO performance and conversion rates
• Execute social media strategy via LinkedIn to establish founders as industry thought leaders
• Produce and level up the product newsletter for users at top pharma and biotech companies
• Design on-brand assets and support the creation of sales decks using Canva or PowerPoint
• Track and analyze campaign performance, content engagement, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate logistics and materials for industry conferences and events
• Support day-to-day office operations and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth startup execution

Requirements

• Great taste in branding and design with high standards for visual output
• Capable writing and research skills with the ability to refine AI-generated drafts
• Proficiency with AI drafting tools and design software (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and own channels end-to-end
• A numbers-driven mindset to measure and improve marketing effectiveness
• Ability to work full-time onsite in our Munich office for a 6-month period
