Responsibilities

• Build and execute a talent acquisition engine using sophisticated Boolean searches and multi-touch outreach
• Design role-specific acquisition strategies and Ideal Candidate Profiles
• Create and A/B test messaging frameworks optimized for different personas
• Build dashboards to track response rates, conversion funnels, and source effectiveness
• Analyze market intelligence regarding competitive compensation and talent congregation
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
• Document winning strategies into repeatable playbooks

Requirements

• 1-3 years in management consulting (MBB strongly preferred), strategy consulting, or top-tier strategy & operations
• Builder mentality with the ability to create processes from scratch
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven optimization
• Exceptional written communication skills for personalized outreach
• Resilience and intellectual honesty

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound work such as sales development, growth marketing, or bizdev
• Systems thinking and experience documenting processes for scale
• Competitive drive and natural curiosity about human motivation
