About the Company
Mercura (YC W25) helps companies in the real world move at software speed by automating back-office work for massive industries like hospitals, schools, and power plants. Having grown to $2M ARR in our first year, we are now scaling toward $10M and expanding into the US.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives to drive company growth and market expansion
- Own sales enablement infrastructure, including CRM data quality, trade fairs, and pitch decks
- Source market and pipeline data to identify high-potential target accounts (GTM Engineering)
- Analyze pipeline data to optimize sales processes and workflows
- Explore and validate new markets and strategic growth opportunities
- Build, manage, and close partnerships and drive customer expansion
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, or VC)
- Proven experience in building/scaling startups, managing projects, or driving sales
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take full ownership
- High customer empathy and business sense
- Professional fluency in both German and English
- Ability to work in-person in Munich with high intensity
