About the Company

Finto is on a mission to reinvent how enterprises run their finance operations. Starting with AI-powered automation for accounts payable, we eliminate manual invoice handling, supplier chasing, 3-Way-Matching and ERP data entry. Backed by Y Combinator, we’re building the future of enterprise accounting.

Responsibilities

• Accompany GTM motion by working on deals, building pipeline, and implementing marketing outreach
• Run recruiting operations including talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Build internal operations by designing and improving structures and processes
• Work side-by-side with the CEO on daily business and decision-making
• Context-switch across sales, operations, and hiring tasks

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startups
• Degree from a top business school in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Exceptionally smart and structured thinker
• High agency and ability to execute independently
• Strong communicator in German and English
• High grit and ability to thrive in fast-paced, messy environments
