About the Company

Delfa is fixing broken clinical trials using autonomous AI agents. We're building AI agents to automate clinical trials, helping medications reach millions of patients in need faster.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI agents for customers
• Support pre-release testing of agents before they go live with patients
• Sample real calls and patient interactions to identify issues and test fixes
• Work with product, engineering, and medical teams to ensure agent safety and accuracy
• Build and document operational playbooks to enable scaling
• Execute discrete strategic projects across the business

Requirements

• Early-career generalist with experience in consultancy, startups, or high-performing environments
• Strong bias toward action and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail when reviewing clinical or operational documents
• Ability to communicate complex logic in simple, structured language
• Comfort using AI tools, prompts, and structured workflows
• Ability to work onsite in London 5 days a week
