Founders Associate - CTO Office

Responsibilities

• Assist the CTO with strategic projects and high-impact technical decisions
• Support engineering and product initiatives, helping define architecture, processes, and workflows
• Contribute to the optimization of internal technical processes to increase engineering efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Core, Product, and Infrastructure teams to align cross-functional efforts
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end from planning to measurable outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in software development, engineering strategy, technical consulting, or high-growth startups
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate technical insights into actionable plans
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
