By using photons and machine learning to see through the skull in real time, CoMind aims to provide continuous data for patients in the ICU and operating rooms, replacing invasive procedures with simple sensors.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the CEO's priority projects, driving and unblocking high-stakes initiatives
• Maintaining pace and high standards across the business by removing friction and forcing decisions
• Acting as the CEO's line of sight by translating priorities and surfacing operational reality
• Operating credibly with business heads and leadership teams to execute the CEO's intent

Requirements

• High agency with a default to ownership and ability to handle ambiguity
• High EQ with the ability to navigate senior leadership dynamics discreetly
• Strong operational skills to structure chaos and land work under pressure
• Prior experience working in a start-up environment
• Background in consulting or having worked closely with a consulting firm
