Bloq.it is building the infrastructure layer for how Europe receives deliveries, having scaled past €100M+ in revenue across 9 countries in under four years.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with the founder/COO on strategic, creative, and operational projects
- Own the preparation and delivery of key presentations, executive reports, and internal communications
- Turn loosely defined problems into structured plans and operational rhythms
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, venture capital, or startup operations
- Exceptional writing, communication, and financial literacy skills
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity and context-switching
Preferred Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial background or experience starting a company
- Experience at a high-growth scale-up (Series B–D)
- Familiarity with hardware, logistics, or infrastructure businesses
