About the Company

Avelios is on a mission to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology to enable doctors and nurses to provide the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and work packages from goal setting and analysis through implementation
• Support strategic decision making through independent, fact-based analyses and actionable recommendations
• Proactively identify and solve operational challenges to enable efficient scaling
• Serve as a liaison between founders, leadership, and the broader organization to ensure alignment
• Take ownership of high-priority special projects and support the incubation of new processes and tools

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a related field
• First professional experience in high-performance environments (consulting, VC, PE, investment banking, or scale-ups)
• Highly analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher)
