About the Company

Avelios is on a mission to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology to enable doctors and nurses to provide the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategic projects in close cooperation with the founders
• Conduct market and competition analyses to derive strategic recommendations
• Analyze potential product partners and evaluate inbound partnership requests
• Contribute to the development and professionalization of internal processes
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and automation into core business processes

Requirements

• Currently studying business, physics, maths, or a related field at a top-tier institution
• Experience in project management or operations, ideally in a startup or consulting
• Structured, organized, and independent working style
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in common office programs
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
