About the Company

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We are building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world, powering a deep software and hardware stack to accelerate assay development and biotech innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own complete operational workstreams end-to-end, ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Use AI tools to rebuild manual workflows into scalable systems and automations
• Manage customer onboarding and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Run finance and administrative operations in coordination with accountants and service providers
• Manage supplier and service-provider relationships, including negotiation
• Drive lab expansion logistics for the new Lausanne facility
• Oversee internal company coordination, including events, customer visits, and team operations
• Build lightweight tools and automations using Python, Notion, or no-code tools

Requirements

• Proven track record of ownership in a startup, side project, or leadership role
• Exceptional agency and the ability to solve problems without a playbook
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a comfort for ambiguity
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to build real workflows
• Highly organized, reliable, and hands-on approach to tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Genuine interest in life sciences (biology background not required)
