Founder's Associate

Responsibilities

• Support and manage internal operations including vendors, contracts, hiring logistics, and finance ops
• Build internal tools and agents using Python and TypeScript to automate manual processes like CRM hygiene and reporting
• Own strategic projects end-to-end, including market research, competitive analysis, and vendor evaluations
• Maintain company organization through Notion hygiene, project tracking, and meeting follow-ups
• Support customer launches by coordinating integration timelines and tracking internal handoffs
• Assist with sales execution through pipeline research, prospect outreach, and proposal building
• Ensure customer success post-launch by tracking value realization and flagging issues early

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Experience with SQL and working with APIs
• AI-native workflow experience (e.g., building with Claude or Cursor)
• Strong written communication skills for memos, recaps, and customer emails
• Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in downtown San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or a strong interest in the sector
• Experience supporting and managing operations or ops-heavy internships
• A portfolio of shipped projects that real users have utilized
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
