Responsibilities

• Define the product wedge and clinical specialty focus
• Build the first working discharge readiness dashboard integrating with German KIS systems via HL7 FHIR
• Win and deploy the first pilot to prove measurable reduction in discharge delays
• Design gain-share pilot models to compress hospital sales cycles
• Evolve the platform vision from a discharge engine to a hospital digital twin
• Hire the initial team, raise capital, and establish the venture as a category leader in DACH

Requirements

• Experienced founder or builder capable of operating from zero to one
• Unique market insight in hospital operations, health-tech SaaS, or German healthcare IT
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles in healthcare
• Strong product and technical instincts regarding KIS integration and FHIR APIs
• High IQ and EQ for communicating with diverse stakeholders from nurses to CFOs
• Fluency in German

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital health, hospital IT, or clinical workflow
