In partnership with a leading global industrial healthcare partner, we are building a new portfolio of healthcare ventures designed to create the operating system for distributed clinical networks.

Responsibilities

• Define the market wedge and initial target geographies, buyers, and procurement channels
• Turn the ClinicalOS concept into a working prototype that ingests live data from real devices
• Secure the first lighthouse deployment with customers such as NATO, the NHS, or humanitarian organizations
• Navigate dual-use product strategy to serve both defence and civilian buyers
• Integrate hardware stacks by leveraging partner IP across sensors, BMS, and diagnostics
• Build the company narrative, assemble an advisory board, and close a Seed funding round

Requirements

• Experience as a founder or senior operator building platform or infrastructure products from zero to one
• Background in defence, health-tech, industrial IoT, or logistics
• Deep familiarity with defence medical, humanitarian operations, or NHS/European health procurement
• Strong technical instincts regarding edge computing, device orchestration, and data architecture
• Proven experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder procurement environments
• Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Credibility with both conservative defence/health buyers and venture investors
• Motivation for category creation in the healthcare infrastructure space
