Responsibilities

• Define the market wedge, including clinical specialties and hospital segments to attack
• Architect an LLM and rules engine that reasons from DKR guidelines and handles ICD-10-GM and OPS codes
• Deploy computer-use agents that navigate hospital information systems (KIS) via VPN
• Secure reference sites by quantifying revenue recovery through retrospective analysis
• Navigate regulatory requirements including BSI C5 Type 2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act
• Scale the infrastructure to extend AI agents into billing, admissions, and CDI

Requirements

• Experienced founder or builder capable of operating from zero to one in enterprise health-tech or AI infrastructure
• Unique market insight in clinical coding, hospital revenue cycle, or German healthcare IT
• Strong technical instincts regarding LLM architectures, computer-use agents, and clinical NLP
• Proven ability to sell into conservative, risk-averse hospital buyers
• Deep understanding of the German healthcare market
• Fluency in German is essential for navigating the G-DRG system and DKR guidelines
