Responsibilities

• Define the clinical wedge and target populations (memory care, home monitoring, or clinical trials)
• Turn ambient sensor data into actionable clinical intelligence and algorithms
• Secure lighthouse partners such as health systems, pharma companies, or senior living operators
• Navigate FDA regulatory positioning and build evidence packages
• Design the caregiver-facing experience and family reporting tools
• Build the company by hiring the initial team and raising capital

Requirements

• Experience as a founder or senior operator building health-tech or med-tech products from zero to one in the US
• Deep familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem (Medicare, FDA, health system procurement)
• Strong product and technical instincts regarding sensor data and ML pipelines
• Experience selling to complex healthcare buyers
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity
• Passion for neuroscience, ageing, or caregiver support

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional or personal proximity to the problem of cognitive decline
• Experience with remote patient monitoring or digital therapeutics
