Responsibilities

• Lead a new venture as Founder & CEO within the Proptech, AI, and Climate sectors
• Develop a new venture from concept to high-growth company in partnership with Europe's largest residential real estate company
• Execute on a clear product vision and business direction
• Build a world-class team and attract customers and investors

Requirements

• Experienced founder, builder, or operator capable of zero-to-one operations
• Proven ability to build teams and attract investment
• High aptitude for calculated risks and thriving in ambiguous environments
• Deep understanding of the German market
• Fluency in German
• High IQ and EQ with strong opinions loosely held
