Responsibilities

• Lead MeisterMatch as Founder & CEO to develop a category-defining materials platform
• Operate from zero to one in the HR-tech or marketplace space
• Build a world-class team and attract enterprise customers
• Raise venture funding
• Lead the development of conversational AI and qualification mapping engines
• Engage a mobile-first, non-desk workforce

Requirements

• Experienced founder or builder in HR-tech or marketplace sectors
• Unique market insight into the German "Mittelstand" or skilled trades
• Strong product and tech instincts
• High IQ and EQ with ability to communicate with C-suite and tradespeople
• Fluency in German to navigate ZDH craft regulations
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build network effects
