Foundations for the Future (FFF) Rotational Development Program - Industrial

Responsibilities

• Implement and lead production performance improvement projects across various industrial sites.
• Support the engineering department in areas including safety, environment, quality, and capacity.
• Analyze and improve chemical manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and process safety.
• Evaluate work procedures and implement new techniques, methods, and reliability improvement projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on investment and construction projects.
• Deploy research and innovation strategies within assigned perimeters.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering obtained between Spring/Summer 2025 and Spring/Summer 2026.
• Successful completion of an internship or co-op assignment in a relevant industrial environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory, with workable verbal and written English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
• Demonstrated willingness to relocate and travel to different industrial sites across China.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resilience under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Food & Beverage industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong teamwork spirit and cross-cultural communication abilities.
