About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and develop strategies to engage donors and strengthen relationships with the college and foundation
  • Lead alumni engagement initiatives and manage the Alumni Association Advisory Committee
  • Plan and execute Foundation special events, including the Restaurant Gala, raffles, auctions, and Giving Tuesday
  • Manage volunteer participation for fundraising programs, including recruitment, training, and task assignment
  • Serve as Secretary for the Foundation Board of Trustees, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and supporting documents
  • Oversee database platforms containing sensitive donor information and manage campaign implementation and reporting
  • Coordinate Foundation marketing and promotional materials in collaboration with the College’s Marketing Department
  • Manage scholarship logistics, serving as a liaison for the Atlantic Cape Scholarship Committee
  • Execute communication strategies, including the quarterly Alumni Newsletter and social media content

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, marketing strategies, and donor-centered processes
  • High level of expertise with MS Office products and Constant Contact
  • Proven experience managing donor databases and handling sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational, clerical, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate complex activities with various stakeholders
