Foundation and Organization Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with national and international foundations.
• Lead fundraising efforts through calls for proposals and competitive funds to support university projects, scholarships, research, and social impact programs.
• Ensure the achievement of annual individual and team fundraising goals.
• Manage donor relations by providing timely, clear, and personalized communication.
• Administer and track donations, ensuring correct application and verification of resources according to foundation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and transparency regulations applicable to donations and foundations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Humanities, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising from foundations.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Availability to travel.
