Forward Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and operational delivery for multiple enterprise implementations
• Act as the primary interface between customers, Product, and Engineering
• Manage deployment timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Create standardized frameworks, tools, and templates for deployment
• Support pre-sales scoping and discovery to define project requirements
• Gather field insights to inform product roadmap priorities
• Identify patterns across deployments to drive improvements in delivery velocity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Implementation)
• Proven track record leading complex software deployments in large enterprise organizations
• Strong understanding of financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Experience designing scalable processes and standardizing workflows
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform enterprise operations
