Forward Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Embed with strategic customer accounts to translate business challenges into Agentic AI systems
• Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams during pre-sales and post-sales
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence the core Product and Engineering roadmaps
• Integrate the AI platform with complex enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and data pipelines
• Design and deploy multi-agent systems, architectures, and fine-tuned models
• Author multi-step prompts, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic for CRM and ERP integrations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting)
• Expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and JS/TS
• Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs to both engineers and C-suite executives
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of telephony stacks including WebRTC, SIP, and SBCs
• Experience deploying chatbots or voice bots at scale (>10K daily conversations)
• Contributions to open-source AI agent frameworks
