Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and architect technical solutions within the core product that align with specific client needs and technical landscapes.
• Implement features, fix bugs, and leverage AI/ML models to automate solutions and solve critical customer problems.
• Partner directly with customers, subject-matter experts, and executives to build trust and serve as a technical expert.
• Communicate complex technical aspects of solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Product Engineering, to ensure seamless implementation.
• Provide feedback to product teams to ensure customer-driven solutions are accretive to the long-term product vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience designing and architecting complex technical solutions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problem statements into concrete requirements and implementation specifications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Deep empathy for customers and a desire to solve real-world problems through iterative software development.
