Forward Deployed Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer implementations by scoping and delivering API integrations tailored to specific use cases
• Act as the key technical contact for customer engineering and product teams
• Advise customers on user flows, UX/UI, and specific API endpoints for best-in-class experiences
• Manage a portfolio of complex implementations using tools like Smartsheets, Asana, or Linear
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
• Identify new product features to unlock customer use cases
• Apply commercial strategy to ensure high-conversion user flows and successful implementations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS company
• Proven expertise in managing complex API integrations
• Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of APIs and webhooks
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
• Proactive mindset with experience creating processes and playbooks from scratch

• Experience working with high-growth, product-led technology companies
• Background in FinTech or HR industries
