Forward Deployed Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship end-to-end, acting as a strategic partner and primary point of contact to build trust and manage tradeoffs.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into crisp problem statements, user journeys, success metrics, and clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Drive execution across multiple AI products by managing planning, check-ins, and risk tracking to keep work unblocked and on time.
• Shape product direction by participating in early-stage customer conversations to tease out pain points and sketch solution approaches.
• Drive long-term impact through client rollout, enablement, and change management to ensure deployed systems are fully adopted.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, consulting, or technical implementations.
• Proven track record in high-stakes, customer-facing roles managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong experience in product delivery, including running execution rhythms like stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with the ability to turn chaos and ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in SQL and a strong bias for action, including a willingness to jump into technical or operational gaps.
• High level of AI curiosity and a desire to learn and apply frontier AI technologies rapidly.
