Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to identify use cases and convert interest into long-term usage
• Define and propose tailored solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Lead onboarding and implementation efforts including fine-tuning workflows and API integration
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers regarding GenAI strategy
• Translate customer insights into structured product definitions and feature requests
• Collaborate with engineering and applied ML teams to align customer needs with the technical roadmap
• Drive execution of product development to ensure successful customer landing

Requirements

• Strong technical background in CS/EECE or production-level development experience
• Intimate familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, and agents
• 2-5+ years of experience in products for software engineers
• Strong customer interaction skills and deep customer success focus
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to navigate complex customer and technical scenarios with creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in technical product management with high customer interaction
• Interest in generative AI or developer tools
• Early startup or founding experience
• Prior technical leadership or technical PM experience
