Forward Deployed Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles, including discovery, product design, configuration, UAT, and go-live.
• Conduct deep cross-functional dives to map business processes and identify optimal solution architectures.
• Translate complex operational and financial workflows into data models and product configurations on the Doss platform.
• Build and extend new product capabilities to support enterprise-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams on complex integrations and data migrations.
• Own client relationships at the operator and director level, supporting senior-led executive relationships.
• Use AI tooling fluently across your workflow to improve process mapping, documentation, and analysis.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting, technical program management (TPM), product operations, or implementation.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to untangle interconnected people, process, and technology problems.
• Technical mindset rooted in first principles to solve hard engineering and logic problems.
• Strong analytical mindset; experience with SQL is preferred.
• Fluency with AI tools and a passion for applying them to real-world operational problems.
• Executive presence and communication skills suitable for client-facing environments at the director level and above.
