Forward Deployed Lead - Rapid AI Solutions

Responsibilities

• Embed onsite with the client to build trusted relationships and run rapid discovery to surface high-value problems.
• Lead end-to-end development of rapid innovation solutions, delivering shippable pilots or demos every sprint.
• Build hands-on AI and agent-based prototypes while directing an offshore pod of AI engineers to accelerate delivery.
• Run live, executive-level demos for client stakeholders to gather immediate feedback and iterate.
• Champion new modalities such as video avatars, voice, and vision to expand client capabilities.
• Manage the transition of successful pilots to the Production team for hardening and scaling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on senior builder or technical lead specializing in rapid prototyping.
• Deep expertise with LLMs and agent frameworks to design and ship end-to-end AI solutions.
• Strong customer-facing skills with confidence in running discovery and scoping directly with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to direct technical contributors and offshore engineers while maintaining high output quality.
• A product and innovation mindset capable of turning ambiguous needs into concrete solutions.
• Willingness and ability to be based onsite at the client location in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in startups, venture-building, or professional services in client-embedded roles.
• Experience developing multimodal solutions involving vision, voice, or avatars.
• Experience delivering solutions for large enterprise, government, or GCC-based clients.
• Arabic language skills.
