Forward Deployed Lead

Responsibilities

• Own product and technical direction by translating institutional needs into buildable roadmaps
• Drive commercial and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and advising senior stakeholders
• Lead client and executive relationships from engineers to the C-suite
• Rotate into R&D and Innovation to lead 0-to-1 product creation on blockchain and AI
• Serve as the voice of the customer back into the product organization
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve team performance and productivity

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
• Real technical depth with experience shipping production software
• Commercial instinct to turn delivered work into expanded scope or revenue
• Executive presence for C-suite briefings
• 6+ years in forward-deployed engineering, technical PM, or client-facing delivery
• Willingness to travel 25–40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure
• Prior delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions
• Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
• Technical founder or solutions architect background
• Fluency in custody, settlement, payments, tokenization, or trading systems
