Responsibilities

• Define how AI is used in private markets by identifying high-impact use cases across sourcing, diligence, and decision-making.
• Shape product and go-to-market strategy by translating customer insights into product direction and roadmap influence.
• Drive use-case expansion and growth within customer organizations in partnership with Sales.
• Build scalable deployment models, including repeatable onboarding and enablement frameworks.
• Own value realization for strategic customers to ensure Metal is embedded in core investment workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to deal, operations, and data teams.
• Develop internal champions and convert successful deployments into market credibility.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in private equity, growth equity, or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with deal execution and diligence.
• Routine use of AI tools and ability to build custom agents or workflow augmentations.
• Exceptional executive presence for engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Benefits

• Salary Range (OTE): $150,000 to $200,000 USD
