Responsibilities
- Own pipeline generation end to end across a portfolio of accounts
- Run intake and develop sharp go-to-market theses
- Prescribe ICP, target accounts, channel mix, and sequence strategy
- Refine AI-generated drafts to match the customer's specific voice
- Monitor and own reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline quality
- Identify patterns across the portfolio to build a scalable playbook
- Feed insights back to the product team to improve the AI agent
Requirements
- Proven track record of running outbound motions that book real meetings at volume
- Deep experience in outbound or pipeline generation
- Ability to quickly grasp a business's ICP and buyer personas
- Proficiency across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and warm intros
- Strong copywriting instincts and ability to write high-converting hooks
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to hold a prescriptive point of view
