Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions and autonomous workflows
• Implement agent-based AI solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using the Workato platform
• Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs
• Act as a technical solutions expert for troubleshooting AI-driven architectures and RAG pipelines
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks
• Assist product managers in creating technical and design specifications

Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design and development
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Workato
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby
• Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML) and data structures (JSON)
• Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of integration architecture, middleware, and web services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integration platforms like TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft
• Experience with cloud technologies, iPaaS, and SaaS applications
• Experience with cloud business apps such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Microservices, event-driven architecture, or RPA
