Responsibilities

• Architect agent behaviors and build backend systems for live client environments
• Design flexible integration layers and map complex workflows for browser-based agents
• Translate client SOPs into structured agent logic to capture human judgment
• Lead the full lifecycle of deployments, bridging engineering, product, and client success
• Build diagnostic tools and optimize ML pipelines to ensure agent resilience
• Ship fixes and product features in live, high-stakes environments

Requirements

• Ability to solve problems end-to-end, from architecture to shipping product features
• High bar for quality and obsession with system uptime and failure points
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with unique client setups
• Strong communication skills to translate client needs into technical requirements
• Experience building or working with distributed systems, ML pipelines, or automation
