Responsibilities

• Embed directly inside the client to unlock data, map value streams, and build lightweight production-grade solutions
• Execute rapid analysis, prototyping, and iterative validation using wrangling tools and secure sandboxes
• Deploy models, dashboards, optimizers, and operational tools in Energy, Utilities, or Public Sector environments
• Build trust with operators and senior stakeholders through hands-on delivery
• Document field patterns and reusable components to feed into the product roadmap
• Identify expansion opportunities through on-the-ground insights

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer
• Experience deploying solutions in Energy, Utilities, or Public Sector strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build prototypes and production-grade tools quickly
• Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders
• Strong coding ability in Python and SQL
• Experience with APIs, cloud environments, and data ingestion patterns
• Ability to work independently on-site with high ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of ML modeling, optimisation, or operations research
• Experience with visualization tools and rapid prototyping frameworks
