Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plant yourself onsite within customer operations to understand workflows from sales to executive levels
• Map operational breakpoints and implement automations using SP Studio tooling
• Configure the platform to accurately reflect customer needs and build user trust
• Take full ownership of customer outcomes and lead org-wide scaling efforts
• Iterate on solutions to ensure the platform becomes the customer's primary operating system

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and a frontend library (React, Svelte, or Next.js)
• Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Postgres
• Proven track record of shipping full-stack projects (GitHub repo or demo required)
• Ability to relocate to San Francisco full-time
• Willingness to travel onsite to customer locations (e.g., Wisconsin, New York, Miami, Los Angeles) during the week
• Strong ability to navigate both technical implementation and organizational politics
• High degree of comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
