Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to understand business processes and uncover digital solution opportunities
• Own the full lifecycle of prototypes and production solutions from discovery to deployment
• Build prototype solutions and use AI/ML to generate measurable business impact
• Identify and resolve bugs while optimizing code for performance and scalability
• Contribute to software architecture and ensure adherence to coding standards through reviews
• Develop technical documentation, implementation playbooks, and reusable assets
• Ensure implementations meet security protocols, data management criteria, and AI governance standards
• Travel up to 75% of the time to portfolio locations to support implementation

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation frameworks
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain
• Experience leading complex deployments involving cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time for site-based implementation
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Machine Learning
• Familiarity with Snowflake and Atlassian suite of tools
• Background in regulated industries and governance-heavy environments
• Experience partnering with product teams on platformization
