Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build features and MVPs across a FastAPI (Python) + PostgreSQL backend and React (TypeScript) frontend
• Integrate with EHRs and payor systems to ensure agents fit into client stacks
• Debug live, high-volume systems to ensure reliability and call quality
• Turn client feedback into product improvements in collaboration with AI PMs
• Tune and optimize voice agents through LLM prompting and conversation logic
• Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously

Requirements

• Experience with software development (internships or side projects)
• Understanding of FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, React, or TypeScript
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, or a related field
• Founder mindset with a high degree of ownership
• Ability to work in the Barcelona office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with clients to find creative solutions
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or ML models
